Terms of Business

Rates

All rates are per room and include breakfast.

Special rates may be available for mid week bookings – please email or call for details.

Please note that normally there is a minimum 2 night booking policy at the weekend, however occasionally we are able to offer a 1 night stay at this time.
 

Please note that normally there is a minimum 3 night booking policy on Bank Holiday weekends, however occasionally we are able to offer a 1 or 2 night stay at this time.

The rates are based on double occupancy.

We have a camp bed/sofa bed available for a child to share your double room. There is a charge of £10 to cover additional costs.  A travel cot is available upon request.

Deposit

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £50 is required when booking a room. Cheques payable to Craufurd  House. Please note that we do not currently accept credit cards and final payment must be by cheque or cash

Arrival

Except by prior arrangement, please arrive after 4pm.

Departure

Except by prior arrangement, 10am on the day of departure.

Breakfast

Dietary requirements are catered for. Please confirm at time of booking.
